HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Schedule Free Consult
Book a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to explore the potential of qEEG Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback therapy. During the call, we will address any inquiries you have and assess whether this treatment could be advantageous for you.

Complete your qEEG Brain Map and Review Results
Visit the clinic for your Brain Mapping session to assess your baseline brainwave activity and identify patterns linked to your mental health challenges. We will analyze your results and provide valuable insights into your brain’s unique functioning.

Start Sessions
Complete 2-3 weekly neurofeedback therapy sessions. Treatment duration typically ranges from 20 sessions, based on qEEG Brain Mapping results and individual response.

Choose a Maintenance Plan for You
After achieving your treatment goals, occasional follow-up sessions may be needed, much like regular maintenance for a car. Skylar will guide you on the frequency and timing of any additional treatments needed to sustain optimal brain function.
